 LiveTalk comes to Switchboard!

Brand new for 2009 is the opportunity to chat to an operator online, rather than on the telephone.  When the icon on the left says 'online now', this means an operator is available to chat with you.  To give this a go, click on the 'online now' icon and wait for our operators to reply.  If it says 'offline now' livetalk is not available, but you may still be able to talk to an operator on the telephone by calling our number.
